Esther Adeogun is the Founder and CEO of Valdore Systems & Intelligence (VSIL), where she is building an intelligent operating platform for how modern businesses manage workflows, internal controls, reporting, and decision-making.
She is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience in audit, financial reporting, governance, and internal controls, having worked with global and multinational organisations. That experience surfaced a recurring gap — businesses running operations through fragmented systems, manual processes, and delayed reporting — which led to the creation of VSIL.
Her long-term ambition is to build a global platform that becomes a core operating layer for businesses, enabling them to operate with greater control, efficiency, transparency, and confidence.
